Joined-up delivery across specialist services

Built to work together.

Elect Group brings specialist property services together under one clear brand, helping clients access joined-up delivery across maintenance, energy and fire-related work.

Instead of dealing with disconnected providers, clients get a more coordinated way of working - with clearer routing, stronger accountability and a better experience from enquiry to delivery.

Multi-trade support across repairs, upkeep and property services, delivered with a practical, responsive mindset.

Built to deliver nationally. Grounded enough to care locally.

Elect Group is structured to support larger contracts without losing the responsiveness and accountability clients value. Our approach combines joined-up delivery, practical communication and local care on the ground.

Whether we are supporting regional delivery or broader contract needs, the focus stays the same: do the work properly, keep things clear and deliver in a way that builds trust

Experience across demanding environments.

We support work across a range of operational settings, with experience shaped by compliance, responsiveness and the realities of live environments.

  • We support social housing environments where responsiveness, resident experience and reliable delivery matter. Our work is shaped by the day-to-day realities of occupied homes, planned works and ongoing maintenance needs.

  • We work in retail settings where presentation, safety and minimal disruption are essential. That means delivering practical solutions while keeping sites operational and customer-facing environments protected.

  • We understand the pressures of licensed environments, where timing, compliance and business continuity all matter. Our approach is built around working carefully, efficiently and with minimal impact on day-to-day operations.

  • We support public sector environments that demand clear processes, strong accountability and dependable service. Our experience is shaped by the need to work responsibly, communicate clearly and deliver to expected standards.

  • Where relevant, we also support work connected to justice-related environments through subcontractor or specialist delivery arrangements. We describe that involvement clearly and accurately, with care taken not to overstate our role.

Please note: where work has been delivered through subcontractor relationships or specialist partnerships, we state that clearly and accurately.

Results backed by real delivery.

A stronger story starts with evidence. Our case studies show outcomes, not just activity - from service performance and savings to delivery improvements and sector-specific results.

  • A small bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a white toilet, a white sink, a radiator, and a beige wall with a section of exposed concrete or drywall.

How do you put things right and keep them right?

For LIVV Housing, we delivered bathroom refurbishment works that solved the immediate issue and helped prevent future problems. By adapting quickly to changes, coordinating trades effectively and keeping the resident informed, we completed the work on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.

  • How do you keep safety moving when the building is already in use?

For Vivo, we delivered the design, installation and commissioning of a new L2 fire alarm system at Dale Barracks, alongside fire stopping and decoration works. By working closely with site teams, adapting around occupied accommodation and coordinating access with care, we kept the programme moving and completed the works on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.

  • How do you make homes greener without making life harder?

For Weaver Vale, we delivered a 12-week energy efficiency upgrade programme across homes in Chester, installing air source heat pumps, solar panels, ventilation systems and improved insulation. By keeping residents informed, coordinating teams carefully and maintaining safe, compliant works, we helped improve energy performance, reduce carbon impact and make homes more comfortable with minimal disruption.

  • How do you restore a boundary when safety can’t wait?

For the MOD, we reconstructed a historic perimeter wall at a live army base in Preston after damage caused by poor weather and deterioration. By coordinating security clearances, sequencing trades carefully and working around public access, we rebuilt the wall ahead of deadline, restored site security and improved the overall appearance of the base.

Work that creates value beyond the job itself.

At Elect Group, social value is part of how we work, not something added on afterwards.

From apprenticeships and skills development to support for vulnerable residents and practical local initiatives, we want our work to create a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Join a business buildingproperly.

We’re building a connected business around people who care about standards, teamwork and doing the job right. From apprenticeships to experienced roles, Elect Group offers the chance to grow with a business that values responsibility, development and real contribution.
